Yesterday, I had a fabulous facial. Carly was my aesthetician. She is wonderful. I recently joined the VIP club, which I highly recommend due to the great value of monthly treatment options, discounts and special events/offers. Spa Cahaba provides services of the highest quality in a soothing and relaxing environment. The staff and services never fail to meet my expectations. It is a wonderful compliment to Dr. Groysman’s medical practice, which is just across the hall. I highly recommend Spa Cahaba! Dr. Groysman has been my dermatologist for many, many years. Without a doubt, she is an extremely knowledgeable, trusted and skilled physician.

Tracy’s facials are fabulous! I had a deep tissue massage with Andy and it was the BEST.

Wonderful first time experience at spa cahaba! I've had many spa experiences over the years and this one truly surprised me in the best way. Staff were friendly and helpful, my esthetician Carly was phenomenal, sweet and caring, and the spa provided everything you needed for your stay in such an elevated way.
