Melania Grantham was awesome she educated me about my skin. She nice friend so helpful she was excellent know her job I am definitely recommend her to my friends. She gave me so much knowledge about skin care for women dealing with menopause.

I had a facial recently here and it was one of the best I've ever had. The relaxation room and facility was really nice, the staff was excellent, and the services were wonderful. Will definitely be back!

This was my first visit at Spa Cahaba. I had an appointment with Ella Newlin and it was fabulous! Her hands are so gentle, as if her hands are healing; which fully relaxed me! It was exactly what i needed!

I had the most wonderful massage from Morgan. She really is interested in providing a service that is satisfying to the client. I had a deep tissue massage with stones. Can’t wait for another. Thank you Morgan & Cahaba Day Spa.

I recently visited Spa Cahaba for a facial. This was my very first facial so I was unsure of what to expect. I received a Hydra facial by Hannah A. and my experience was wonderful and so relaxing!! Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fully explain the procedure step-by-step. We discussed a treatment plan and product recommendations that I feel are going to work out great. I’m looking forward to seeing amazing skin results!!
